Services Provided
EARase offers professional ear wax removal using methods such as (but not limited to):
- Microsuction
- Irrigation
- Manual extraction
- Visual inspection of the ear canal
Treatment methods may vary depending on clinical assessment.
Eligibility for Treatment
You must confirm the following before treatment:
- You are 18 years or older, or accompanied by a legal guardian if under 18 (14+).
- You do not have any ear infections, perforated eardrums, recent surgery, or other contraindications.
- You understand and accept the risks associated with ear wax removal.
EARase reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
Client Responsibility
Clients must:
- Provide accurate medical history.
- Inform us of any changes in health before treatment.
- Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment advice.
Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in cancellation or increased risk of complications.
Risks & Disclaimer
While ear wax removal is generally safe, potential risks include:
- Temporary discomfort
- Dizziness or ringing in ears (tinnitus)
- Minor bleeding or irritation (on blood thinners)
- Infection or perforation of the eardrum (rare)
EARase will take all reasonable precautions, but cannot guarantee risk-free treatment.
Consent
By proceeding with treatment, you provide informed consent and agree that:
- The procedure has been explained clearly.
- You understand the risks.
- You consent to the chosen method of removal.
Fees & Payment
A full list of fees is available upon booking.
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed.
EARase reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
EARase reserves the right to cancel appointments due to safety, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
Emergency appointments
Emergency appointments are available subject to availability.
Clinical considerations
EARase reserve the right not to proceed with treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate, detrimental, or contraindicated.
In such cases, you will be supported with an action plan tailored for you, which may include a referral recommendation and the option of receiving clinical note as support.
Discounts/ Loyalty card
You can pick up a loyalty card and earn a stamp every time you have an appointment. After 4 stamped appointments your 5th appointment is free.
Aftercare
You will receive aftercare instructions following treatment. You agree to follow these instructions to reduce risk of complications.
Liability
EARase shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.
- Complications arising from undisclosed medical history.
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, negligence, or death caused by malpractice, where applicable by law.
Privacy & Data Protection
All client information is kept confidential in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
Information will only be shared with medical professionals if necessary for your safety or if legally required.

Governing Law
